Packages will be shipped within 2-5 business days after a successful order.

Each of our ceramic pieces is handmade and one of a kind. Small variations in shape, size, color, and glaze are a natural part of the making process and are not considered defects.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We'll work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
If you change your mind, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer law. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and securely packaged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake.
Refunds will be issued after we have received and inspected the returned item.
